This machine uses the working principle of weighing to control the filling volume. During filling, the weighing sensor gives a signal, and the programmable controller PLC controls the pump to start the filling valve to open for filling. Fast filling is performed during the initial filling. When the set weight is approached and about 2 kg in advance, the inverter controls the pump to slow down for slow filling, which improves the filling accuracy. The advance amount can be set freely.

This machine is equipped with a special leak-proof device in the filling discharge pipe to prevent wire drawing or dripping when filling viscous liquids.
